Costume Night In Wilmington

I don't know what the hell was going on this night but it seems that it was costume night back home in Wilmington North Carolina. I instantly thought of Brandon Baker when I saw this photo because of his love for ROBIN! I love Cicero and Matt to death but this is a little out of control.
