__ There is a very nice Cajun style restaurant here in North Carolina called Bojangles. They have the absolute best fried chicken and seasoned fries ever, not to mention the fabulous cajun side dishes you can get with your meals. Cicero and I had stopped by one since I've been back so I could have a taste of the delicious foods they have to offer once again. I snapped some photo's of all the goodies we brought home that night...
