FUCK SPEED RACER

In case you haven't figured out already I am not that thrilled about the new Speed Racer movie. It's not that I have anything against the story as I was a big fan of the cartoon and loved the idea when I first heard they were making a live action movie. However I was looking forward to seeing Rose McGowan play the role of Trixie which was the original plan, but the studio made the last minute decision to give the role to someone else which I'm sure happens all the time but their reasoning is what really put me over the edge.




The studio released a statement saying they were afraid that Rose McGowan's fans wouldn't recognize her because she had undergone too much plastic surgery and no longer looked like the same girl. I can understand being concerned about the following of the stars of the movie, but to throw in the plastic surgery bit was totally uncalled for. Rose's appearance has indeed improved over the years but it hasn't been such a dramatic change that you can't see that it's her. Her looks have just changed with the times and she has gone a new direction with her appearance, even if she has had some work done it isn't something over the top or too much.

I am aware that this of course has nothing to do with me but being that I absolutely adore Rose in every thing she does, it would be impossible for me to enjoy the movie knowing what could have been. Although I have always enjoyed Cristina Ricci's work as well I just don't think she was right for the role. So in efforts to take a personal stand in the matter I am not going to see the movie and will get many of my friends to do the same, please note that I am aware that it wouldn't really do much but it is more for my piece of mind than anything.

I believe it was last year that the movie THE COVENANT came out. The whole group had made an event out of going to see it at Grahams Chinese Theater here in Los Angeles. When I say the whole group I really mean the whole group, our group had taken up a whole row of seats in the theater. You would have thought it was a CHER concert or something. It was quite funny though because I remember knowing nothing about the movie and when I would ask Brandon Baker or Jason Sechrest about it the only response I got was...

"It has a lot of hott boys in it!"


Well the leading role was played by this really hott boy Steven Straight who also played the character Warren Peace on the Disney movie SKY HIGH. Other than those two roles he doesn't really have too much under his belt. I was watching some TV the other night and saw a preview for the new movie 10,000 BC and recognized the main character right away although I couldn't place his face until I sat down to the computer and looked him up. Sure enough it was no other than the sexy Steven Straight.

If you saw THE COVENANT than you know that Steven's shirt is off for a large part of the movie to show off his extremely toned and sexy body. The producers of 10,000 BC obviously wanted to use the same sex appeal because for a majority of that movie he is shirtless as well. It's too bad that SKY HIGH was a Disney movie because they could have used that same marketing strategy and opened up a whole new target audience.

Grindhouse Double-Feature

That's right dammit both Grindhouse features have finally come out on DVD and I now own them both. Death Proof was the first to be released and I must say that it's definitely no where near as good as Planet Terror and I'm not just saying that because I am in love with Rose McGowan but it personifies girl power which I am all about! I absolutely love the special features that come with both movies but the commentary is just brilliant with Robert Rodriguez.

I never got to see the film when it was in theaters because my schedule didn't permit me the spare time then but now I can watch it anytime I want. Planet Terror is more of the sci-fi thriller about a zombie breakout that is taking over the world, kinda Resident Evil meets From Dusk Till Dawn if you catch my drift. Rose McGowan plays a girl named Cherry who loses her leg to a zombie and replaces it with a machine gun FUCKING HOTT!!!!! Death Proof is more of an action thriller about this man who use to be a stunt driver and gets his jollies stalking and killing girls with his car. Personally I thought this film was very drawn out and just dragged on for far too damn long but that's just me.

A mid-'90s classic, and one helluva ride. Fans of military thrashings and bashings: there's some rough stuff here. Artsy (and award-winning) filmmaker Michael Zen gets down and dirty with this cock-sucking, ass-eating, boner-popping look at life in the military.

This one has some absolutely incredible stuff, including a ferocious performance from Mr. Blake as a self-hating, gay-baiting sergeant who forces his troops into "action." The flick has one of the best developed storylines of its time (it really works here), the sex is fucking incredible, and many of the guys are drop-dead beautiful.

Granted, the plotline may disturb some (the homophobia and epithets are rough) and anyone not into "straight dudes" will be turned off. Confession: this one I actually own - it's that much of a turn-on. And check out the cover - Mr. Reed looks amazing.

__In my opinion this was an amazing piece of work. There is no doubt in my mind that I would watch this movie again if given the chance. I will definitely be owning it when it comes on DVD. The movie has a lot to do with religion so I'm sure there is going to be some controversy around it at some point.

__Hilary Swank plays Katherine a Christian missionary that lost her faith when her family was murdered by the locals she was trying to help, now she has made it her life mission to rule out the belief of religious phenomenon. After experiencing what seems like religious phenomenon, a small town seeks her help to find answers. When she is no longer able to provide scientific evidence to explain the phenomenon she is forced to investigate other options.

__As she begins to have difficulty explaining the occurrences with scientific evidence, she realizes she may have to search deeper within herself and reclaim her faith if she is ever to understand the omens surrounding her.

I made my return to the porn set this weekend. There has been so much on my mind lately so I decided to take a break from it all and clear my mind. Although I was able to relax and ease my mind it was hard to get back in the swing of things when I returned.

__The scene went by very slowly. It was a total mess but we made it work. To start I was suppose to bottom but at the request of the other model I was asked to top. That's cool because that's less I have to worry about. The scene was going smooth in the beginning. We were done with dialogue and oral in no time. The room we were filming in was tiny so the temperature was boiling by the time we got to intercourse.

__The intercourse started out fine but went downhill in like two seconds. The other model wasn't letting me in and kept pushing me out which frustrated me a bit. After I get in and going he complains and wants to change position. He rolled onto his back to do missionary but because of his body type it would be hard for the camera to get a shot unless I bent back held myself up with one hand and held his leg up with the other. I told him that it was going to be hard for me to do that and stay hard because it was so much but he bitched so much that I just gave in and did it anyway. So because of his stubborn ass I had to fuck in five minute intervals because I would lose my edge from all the strain on my body.

A gun-legged woman named Cherry (Rose McGowan) and her martial arts-wielding partner (Freddy Rodriguez) take on the zombie army. The two films will be fused together by fake movie trailers. __This movie should prove to be one hell of a production. It's been a while since we've seen a double feature and who better to direct it that Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino. They have both accomplished so much in their careers and have delivered such films as Kill Bill, From Dusk Till Dawn, and Reservoir Dogs which have drawn our attention for many years. The first time I saw the trailer for this film I was in love. Not only because I am looking forward to the return of the double feature but it also stars one of my favorite actresses to this day Rose McGowan.

__Most of you are aware that Rose McGowan also stars in my favorite television series Charmed (seen on cables TNT station) and has also starred in such films as Jawbreaker and Scream with Neve Campbelle. In this film she plays the hardcore heroine Cherry who's armed with semi automatic weapon in place of one of her legs. Cherry has a personal vendetta to put an end to the zombie nation that has begun to surface. With her martial arts wielding partner played by Freddie Rodriguez, she is ready to kick ass and take names. If your familiar with Rose's past work then you would agree this is new territory to her as far as playing the hardcore action hero.
