::Red Beans & Rice::
__So I'm not sure how many of you know this about me, but I am one hell of a cook. This past week I have been on a cooking spree I guess one would say. I fixed split pea soup on last wednsday and just made some lovely red beans and rice for the weekend. The best part about cooking like a redneck is that we cook so much that we have plenty to eat for days to come.
